The 4 exon-2-grouped sequences (G groups) in data set 1 of 356 188 phased exon 2-exon 3 sequences with an admixture of exon 3–low/high-expression motifs that contain ≥5% minor expression allele frequency within any of the SIRE categories. The ≥5% minor expression allele frequency occurs when the less common expression motif composes 5% to 50%, and the more common motif composes 50% to 95% of the sequences. These G groups represent 2.57% of data set 1.
