Enhanced TG in the blood compared with PRP for all coagulant triggers. TG in the whole blood or PRP was triggered in the presence of CaCl2/MgCl2 with vehicle medium or tissue factor (0.1-1.0 pM) (Ai-iii), Rvv-X activator (dilutions, 1e–3 to 1e–7) (Bi-iii), factor Xa (FXa, 0.1-10 nM) (Ci-iii), or 0.1 to 10 nM thrombin (Di-iii).
