Neutrophils were assessed in the blood (A,C,E) and lung tissue (B,D,F) in BALB/c WT (A-B,E-F) mice or C5-deficient mice (C), treated as in Figures 1-3 and infused with 4.5 mg/kg of specified antibodies IV or (E-F) 1 mg/kg IV for the human chimeric antibody variants.
