AML samples with -7/-7q have reduced NAMPT expression. Comparison of the level of NAMPT gene expression in the BM or PB MNCs from AML with -7/-7q compared with AML lacking the deletion (non -7/-7q). Gene expression was determined by whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing. NAMPT gene expression analysis was performed on independent cohorts of patients with AML from the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM) (A) and TCGA (B).
