Expected treatment-free proportion after adjustment to age, sex, and other cofounders based on the method presented in Chesnaye et al¹⁶ for comparing 4 groups: non-vitamin D users; vitamin D supplement users, alfacalcidol users, and both alfacalcidol and vitamin D supplement users. Patients with at least 6 months of exposure are considered as users.
