Recapitulating trauma pathophysiology in vitro induces endotheliopathy in healthy ECFCs. The levels of sTM (A), syndecan-1 (B), tPA (C), and PAI-1 (D) were quantified in the supernatants of ECFCs (biological replicate, N = 5; technical replicate, n = 2), cultured under untraumatizing (untrau) or traumatizing (trau) conditions for 2 hours.
