SAv-drug conjugates facilitate in vitro ADC cytotoxicity screening to identify effective HSC-depleting antibody clones. A panel of 22 ADCs produced by combining the indicated biotinylated antibodies and isotype controls with SAv-PBD was used for cytotoxicity testing via CFU assay against bone marrow cells from B6 mice. For panels with multiple antibody and isotype control ADCs, curves are color-coded to match each antibody with its respective isotype control.
