The platelet count obtained within 7 days after platelet transfusion was handled as missing. Hemoglobin concentration data obtained within 28 days after red blood cell transfusion were handled as missing. The neutrophil count obtained within 7 days after administration of granulocyte-colony stimulating factor was handled as missing.
