EGFP and LYVE-1 overlapping positive signals were marked with numbers 1 to 3 (A,C-M, arrows). The EGFP+ cells were detected at different angles (0 degrees to 360 degrees [C-M]). The orthogonal sections show the relation of EGFP+ cells overlapping with LYVE-1 signals at the top, front, and side (B). Images were captured using a Plan Apochromat 20 ×/0.75 NA objective lens.
