Aspergillus- and CMV-specific T-cell repertoires and cross-reactivity with alloantigens. T-cell clones specific for Aspergillus (A) or CMV (B) antigens were obtained from haploidentical transplant donors and tested for reactivity against transplant recipient PBMCs. Those displaying alloreactivity against recipient PBMCs were discarded, and the nonalloreactive were infused after transplantation. ⦾ indicates reactivity against recipient PBMCs; □, reactivity against autologous donor PBMCs; and ▪, response to Aspergillus (A) or CMV (B).
