RNase activity as measured by the in vitro transcription/translation (IVTT) assay. Increasing concentrations of protein samples were incubated with IVTT reagent mixture containing luciferase plasmid DNA and analyzed with luciferase assay reagent. Samples containing active RNase inhibit synthesis of luciferase mRNA. Concentrations of rRap (▪), 2L-Rap-hLL1-γ4P (▴), and hLL1-γ4P (♦) were plotted against relative luminescence units (RLU).
