The truncated GFTPs of 2 LAD II patients localize preferentially to the ER. COS-7 cells were transfected with GFP-tagged GFTPs of a healthy individual and of the indicated LAD II patients together with vector pDsRed-ER coding for an ER-resident fluorescent protein.
