Stimulatory capacity of env mRNA-electroporated DCs from HIV-1–seropositive individuals. iDCs from HIV-1–seropositive individuals were electroporated on day 6 of culture with pv-env or v-env mRNA. After maturation, these DCs were used as stimulators for autologous PBMCs (A), purified CD4⁺ cells (B), or purified CD8⁺ T cells (C).
