Percentage of activated T lymphocytes as assessed by CD69 staining after secondary MLR. Mean percentage (±95% confidence intervals) of activated T lymphocytes significantly decreased among T cells previously cultured with bortezomib at 10 nM or 100 nM when restimulated with the same donor's T cells (P = .05).
