Effects of bortezomib on LPS-induced phenotypic changes in DCs. Adherent monocytes were cultured in the presence of GM-CSF and IL-4 for 6 days. Cells were then incubated in the presence or absence of 1 ng/mL bortezomib for 24 hours. LPS (100 ng/mL) was added during the last 16 hours where indicated in the figure. Afterward, cells were harvested, stained, and analyzed by flow cytometry. Matched isotype controls are presented as solid histograms.
