Platelet recovery after immune-induced thrombocytopenia is similar in α_IIb^+/- and α_IIb^-/- mice. Whole-blood platelet counts from α_IIb^+/- (♦, dashed line) or α_IIb^-/- (▪, solid line) mice were obtained prior to immune-induced thrombocytopenia (time point 0, n = 6), followed by injection of 2 μg/g anti-GPIbα antibody.
