Increased apoptosis in Ubp43-deficient BCR-ABL⁺ cells in vivo. (A) Blood samples were collected from mice 3 to 4 weeks after transplantation with Mig-p210 transduced Ubp43^+/+ and Ubp43^−/− bone marrow cells before disease emergence. Peripheral blood cells were stained with annexin V and 7-AAD, and the percentage of apoptotic cells measured by flow cytometry.
