Overall survival of RS patients seen at Mayo Clinic according to the RS prognosis score. Each of the following adverse characteristics is assigned one point to calculate the RS prognosis score: (1) ECOG performance score >1; (2) serum LDH >1.5 × normal; (3) platelets <100 × 109/L; (4) tumor size >5 cm; and (5) >1 prior therapy for CLL. Based on the total score, patients are grouped into: Low risk (score 0-1); Low-intermediate risk (score 2); High-intermediate risk (score 3); and High risk (score 4-5).
