TA-316 induces megakaryopoietic differentiation from BM CD34⁺cells. BM CD34⁺ cells were cultured for 10 days with rhTPO (50 ng/mL), TA-316 (800 ng/mL), eltrombopag (3000 ng/mL), or DMSO (0.05%). The CD41⁺ cell population was analyzed using FACS (A), and the expressions of GATA1, ZFPM1, FLI1, NFE2, and VWF mRNA were evaluated using RT-PCR (B). GAPDH served as an internal control.
