Flagellin-mediated LSK cell proliferation is TLR5 dependent. WT B6 mice, TLR5-knockout (shown as T5 KO), NLRC4-knockout (shown as N4 KO), and N4T5-DKO mice were treated with flagellin as in Figure 1. Whole bone marrow cells from these mice were analyzed for LSK cell proliferation by flow cytometry.
