Study design. (A) Patients received TDZ daily at 3 dose levels including 25 mg every 6 hours (dose level I), 50 mg every 6 hours (dose level II), and 100 mg every 6 hours (dose level III) for 21 consecutive days, spanning days 1 to 22 of the study.
