(A) Lysates were prepared from human platelets stimulated with 1 U/mL thrombin, after which 14-3-3γ was precipitated with anti-RGS10 antibody or nonimmune immunoglobulin (Ig) and probed with anti–14-3-3γ before reprobing with anti-RGS10 antibody. The bar graph summarizes results from 2 experiments. (B) Lysates were prepared from CHO cells transfected with HA-tagged RGS10 and Myc-tagged 14-3-3γ.
