Platelet aggregation induced by IGF-1 with combined stimulation of G_q or G_i/G_z pathways. Washed platelets were stimulated with 30 nM 2-MeSADP, 10 μM epinephrine, or a combination of either agonist with 100 nM IGF-1, as noted. Where noted, 100 μM MRS2179 or 100 nM AR-C69931MX were added 1 minute prior to platelet stimulation. All aggregations were performed in the presence of 1 mg/mL fibrinogen.
