Proliferative responses of β₂GPI/PS-primed T cells to various β₂GPI preparations in secondary cultures. PBMCs from APS3 (top) and APS4 (bottom) were stimulated with β₂GPI/PS for 10 days in medium supplemented with autologous plasma. The viable T cells were then cultured in duplicate with β₂GPI, reduced β₂GPI, GP-F, GP1, GP2, GP3, MalBP, p276-290, or p306-320 in medium containing FBS. After 3 days, ³H-thymidine incorporation was measured. Results are shown as mean (column) and standard deviation (error bar) of duplicate measurements.
