miRNA expression profile analysis of LV-treated mice. RNA was isolated from the liver (A) and spleen (B) of Balb/c mice (n = 5/group) treated by intravenous administration with 5 × 10⁸ TU of the indicated vector. miRNA levels were quantitated by RT-qPCR using primers and probe specific for the indicated miRNAs. Results are presented as the mean plus or minus SEM.
