Ectopic expression of BCL2 enhances the T-cell reconstitution potential of Flt3l^−/−Il7r^−/− BM cells. 5 × 10⁶ littermate Flt3l^−/−Il7r^−/− or Flt3l^−/−Il7r^−/−BCL2 (CD45.2) unfractionated BM cells were transplanted into lethally irradiated Flt3l^−/− (CD45.1) recipients.
