C3aR^−/− or C3aRa treated DCs elicit reduced alloreactive T-cell response in vivo. Irradiated donor DCs (BALB/c) were administered to allogeneic recipient mice (C57BL/6) by intraperitoneal injection (6 or 7 mice in each group). After 10 days, splenocytes or CD4 T cells from these mice were restimulated ex vivo with donor splenocytes.
