Microtiter plates were coated with VEGF-A165, HGF, N, K1, K2, K3, K4, or BSA and incubated with various concentrations of recombinant NRP1/Fc or NRP2/Fc, followed by the peroxidase-conjugated anti-Fc antibodies.
