(A) A weighted prognostic model consists of 29 marker genes that are associated with clinical events. The wp-scores are computed using these final marker genes for all patients with DLBCL. The wp-scores predict OS (B) and EFS (C) at the time of diagnosis. (D) The wp-scores show superior predictive performance (ie, sensitivity and specificity that maximized the Youden’s index) for the risk of developing clinical events compared with standard clinical prognostic factors, including serum LDH level, Ann Arbor stages, cell of origin, and the IPI.
