Immunoprecipitation/western blot with lysates from total blood cells (ie, mostly erythrocytes) and erythroid (Ter119⁺) and nonerythroid (Ter119⁻) bone marrow fractions. Each lane is an individual mouse. The specific ET3 band appears ∼168 kDa. IgG-H and IgG-L labels bands for light and heavy immunoglobulin chains.
