Note the extensive nuclear MYC (B) and cytoplasmic BCL2 (C) expression fulfilling the criteria for a DE B-cell lymphoma. The lymphoma had a GC-type phenotype (CD10+, BCL6+, IRF4/MUM1−) and >95% Ki-67-positive cells (not illustrated).
