Treatment with anti–OB-R, but not with anticasein mAb, reduced leukemic cell mass in the bone marrow.

Leukemic rats were either injected with saline (control) or with anti–OB-R or the anticasein mAb. Bone marrow leukemic cells were retrieved from the femoral bone post mortem and enumerated using staining with the mAb RM124 and flow cytometry.
