The expression levels of GATA-2 in dormant and cycling hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells.

Lin⁻ cells were purified from bone marrow of 5-FU–treated mice and cultured with mIL-3 (10 ng/mL), mSCF (100 ng/mL), hIL-6 (50 ng/mL), and FLT3 ligand (50 ng/mL) for 5 days. (A) Lin⁻cells were subjected to cell cycle analysis by PI staining before and after the culture. (B) The expression levels of GATA-2 were examined in Lin⁻ cells before and after the culture.
