Group A: children without infection either at baseline or at 12 weeks; group B: children who became infected during the trial; group C: children with a positive dipstick test at baseline and a negative result at 12 weeks. P values indicate the level of significance when testing for differences in distributions of sampled populations of groups B and C relative to group A (Mann-Whitney test).
