Humoral response to rAAV vector particles.

(A) Plasma obtained from monkeys 1 to 4 (same symbols as in Figure 2) was analyzed for the presence of AAV2-specific IgG by ELISA at various times after liver-directed administration of rAAV CAGG-FIX. Results are expressed as the maximum absorbance at 492 nm with the 1:5000 dilution of the rhesus serum. (B) The NAb titer was assessed by defining the highest dilution of rhesus plasma from monkeys 1 to 3 (same symbols as in Figure 2) that inhibited transduction of 293T cells with a reporter virus by 50%.
