TLT-1 is a receptor expressed in myeloid cells and binds SHP-1 when phosphorylated.

Lysates were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-V5 antibody and immunoblotted (IB) with streptavidin. (B) HEK293T cells were transfected as indicated.
