Hierarchical clustering analysis of the markers tested on CD45⁺/SS^hi granulocytes from patients with MDS.

(A) Hierarchical clustering tree of the percentage of blasts on BM smears with the 20 markers tested on BM CD45⁺/SS^hi granulocytes of MDS patients. Clustering was performed after median centering and normalizing the fluorescence ratios. Analysis was achieved on the 199 patients for whom at least 16 of the 20 markers of the panel were tested and the number of events in the CD45⁺/SS^hi granulocyte electronic gate was above 2000. (B) Mean CD38, CD13, CD33, and HLA-DR fluorescence ratios according the FAB categories.
