Nuclear localization of HA-tagged FANCE protein.

The indicated SV40-transformed fibroblasts (GM0637, GM6914, PD426, 326SV, and PD20F) or HeLa cells stably transfected with HA-FANCE were double-immunostained with anti-FANCD2 and anti-HA antibodies. Counterstains for the DNA-specific dye DAPI are shown in the middle panels. (A) Untreated cells were stained.
