Ex vivo expansion ability of Fanca-deficient bone marrow cells.
(A) Total bone marrow cells from Fanca+/+(■) and Fanca−/−(▪) cells were subjected to ex vivo expansion in the presence of 3 different combinations of growth factors. At weekly intervals, cells were counted and diluted to the input concentration (105 cells/mL). Data represent the total cell number generated by the initial 105 cells.
