Kinetics of CD56 antigen expression in various UCB-derived cell populations.

The expression of CD56 in UCB/ACF, UCB/CD34⁺, and UCB/CD56⁺ cells during culture with FL and IL-15 was examined by flow cytometry. The numbers indicate the percentages of CD56^dim and CD56^bright cells for each time point. Of the 5 experiments conducted, 1 representative example is shown.
