CCL21 inhibits CCL19-induced dendritic extension of mature DCs.

BC1 cells were activated by LPS and used as mature DCs. The mature DCs were pretreated with a high concentration of CCL21 (1 μg/mL) for 15 minutes and then incubated with CCL19 (20 ng/mL) for 1 hour. The morphologic changes were analyzed by confocal microscopy (original magnification × 50). The results are representative of 4 independent experiments (A).
