mAbs to sLe^x or Le^x bind differently to WEHI-3 and HL-60 cells.

(A) Cells were incubated with saturating concentrations of mAbs to Le^x or sLe^x or with a nonbinding control IgM mAb. Bound antibody was detected with FITC-conjugated goat F(ab)′2 fragments to murine IgM. (B) Cells pretreated with pronase were analyzed for binding of mAbs 2H5 and KM93. The data are representative of at least 15 experiments.
