Quantitative expression of BLyS mRNA in CLL-B cells.

Real-time PCR was performed on RNA samples isolated from CD19⁺ B-CLL cells, HL60 myelomonocytic cells, HT2260 and Raji B lymphoblastic cells, or HeLa cells. Quantitative PCR analysis was completed using ABI PRISM 7000 SDS software as described in “Materials and methods.” Cτ values were collected for cyclophilin and BLyS during log phase of the cycle and are shown in panel A.
