Effect of incubation in the presence of IL-3 on IL-3Rα expression in leukemic blasts and normal HPCs.

Cells were incubated in the presence of 100 U/mL recombinant human IL-3, washed, and analyzed at different time intervals for IL-3Rα expression by flow cytometry. (A) Analysis at 0-240 minutes.
