Decreased IFN-α production correlates with low numbers of CD123⁺ dendritic cells in the circulation.

PBMCs from healthy donors, mycosis fungoides patients, and SzS patients with different levels of tumor burden were stimulated with 14 HAU of influenza virus A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (PR8) or allantoic fluid (data not shown) for 48 hours.
