rCD40L synergizes with IFN-γ to induce production of IL-12 by PBMCs from healthy donors and SzS patients.

PBMCs from the 5 healthy donors and 6 patients with different tumor loads were stimulated with rCD40L (2 μg/mL) with or without IFN-γ (1000 U/mL) for 18 hours. IL-12 p40 and IL-12 p70 were measured in cell-free supernatants by radioimmunoassay.
