NK cell receptor expression in patients from group 2 following hematopoietic cell transplantation.

Posttransplantation KIR and CD94:NKG2A NK cell expression frequencies for each of the 5 patients in group 2 are compared with donor and recipient pretransplantation expression (separate panel per patient). Patients in group 2 are characterized by depressed KIR expression and high CD94:NKG2A expression during the first year following hematopoietic cell transplantation.
