MPRO cells from cycloheximide inhibition experiment were also analyzed by basic pH range 2 DE. MPRO cell lysate (1.5 × 106 cells/sample) was loaded for IPGs-PAGE pH 6 to 11 and stained with brilliant blue G-colloidal dye. (A) Control MPRO cells. (B) Cycloheximide-treated MPRO cells.
