(A) ICSBP expression in DCs generated in vitro. ICSBP^+/+DCs (left) and ICSBP^−/− DCs (middle and right) after transduction with control or ICSBP vector were stained with ICSBP antibody (green; bottom row) and DAPI (for DNA, blue; top row). (B) DC morphology. Cells were stimulated with LPS for the final 24 hours of culture and stained with Wright-Giemsa (original magnification, × 1000).
