Cells within the gates highlighted in the SSC/FSC plots were analyzed with a laser/filter configuration that allows to distinguish between ECFP and EGFP fluorescence. SSC indicates side scatter; FSC, forward scatter; ECFP and EGFP, log fluorescence intensity in the respective channels. Numbers indicate percentages of cells within a given quadrant.
